Joseph Zada and Mckenna Grace are bringing The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping to Sydney!
The co-stars kicked off the film’s international press tour on Wednesday (October 14) in Sydney, Australia, with a waterfront photo call and an evening event for fans.
The visit brought Joseph, who plays young Haymitch Abernathy, back to his home country. Mckenna stars as fellow District 12 tribute Maysilee Donner.
The pair posed overlooking Sydney Harbour, with the Sydney Opera House behind them. Joseph wore Louis Gabriel Nouchi, while Mckenna wore a House of Giles gown and Jimmy Choo shoes, according to Lionsgate.
Later that evening, they met fans at The Eveleigh at The Grounds of Alexandria.
Australian comedian Joel Creasey hosted the event, which included a live Q&A with the actors and a surprise aerial performance inspired by the franchise.
Their Sydney appearances follow a recent stop in Paris, where Mckenna wore a gown inspired by Jennifer Lawrence‘s Catching Fire wedding look.
Directed by Francis Lawrence and based on Suzanne Collins‘ novel, Sunrise on the Reaping takes place 24 years before the original Hunger Games story.
The film follows 16-year-old Haymitch as he is selected for the 50th Hunger Games, also known as the Second Quarter Quell. This edition sends twice the usual number of tributes into the arena, where Haymitch forms an unlikely alliance with Maysilee.
The cast also includes Jesse Plemons, Ralph Fiennes, Glenn Close, Kieran Culkin, Elle Fanning, Maya Hawke, Whitney Peak, Kelvin Harrison Jr. and Ben Wang.
The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping opens in U.S. theaters on November 20.
